Thank you for participating in Lucan Soccer Club Photo Day with Dylan & Sandra Photography.
A few quick things to know:
• Every photographed athlete & coach receives a complimentary digital team photo courtesy of Lucan Soccer Club (simply add it to your cart to download, no purchase necessary)
• Free team shipping to Lucan Soccer Club for pickup is available for a limited time. Home delivery is also available (additional charges apply)
• All ordering is completed online. Galleries will remain open for a limited time, so be sure to place your order before the deadline
• Click Shop Now to view your photos, choose your favourites, and customize your products.

Steps to Ordering Photos:
1. Click the “Shop Now” button
2. Pick your package and/or A la carte items such as Keychains, Magnets & Trading Cards
3. Customize your pose and background(s) for each item
4. Click on your cart to order your items!
FAQs
Ordering for multiple athletes?
Yes! Scroll down to the bottom of the gallery and enter additional access codes under "Have multiple children or events". This allows you to access all available photos under your login, combine orders, and save on shipping costs.
Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the email address and password you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time may vary depending on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and your chosen delivery method. Payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping to Lucan Soccer Club are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the order deadline.
Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the images?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.
Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop an image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Please look for the stars, which indicate if the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
